Account-Gated Entry
Reviewer users must sign in before using the app preview. Public self-signup remains closed for this phase.
Limited account access
This preview now uses one secure sign-in path for founder, previewer, member, volunteer, professional, corporate, and future approved accounts.
Norm Therapy® / AbuseCare
Safety tools are ready.
You can keep talking now. Mark All OK, switch to Not Safe, or open Safety whenever your status changes.
Controlled app preview
This preview shows the usable app concept with controlled app-preview information: account-gated access, safety-first conversation, AbuseCare pathways, resources, reports/plans, sessions, payments, communities, training, and protected platform status.
Voice-ready, safety-first, account-aware AbuseCare experience.
Founder view of signed-out entry
This mirrors the public first page inside App Preview so the founder can inspect the visitor experience without signing out. This founder-only inspection surface keeps the visitor layout focused.
Limited account access
This preview now uses one secure sign-in path for founder, previewer, member, volunteer, professional, corporate, and future approved accounts.
Reviewer users must sign in before using the app preview. Public self-signup remains closed for this phase.
The app keeps safety controls available without blocking urgent communication. Users can mark All OK, switch to Not Safe, or review safety whenever needed.
Raw source files, private company material, sessions, reports, and restricted doctrine are not exposed to ordinary reviewers.
Approved reviewer accounts can connect to the early account, profile, and access modules without receiving infrastructure access.
The app models free, paid, premium, session, report, training, and manual access through one future entitlement ledger.
The platform keeps room for iOS, Android, dictation, readback, multilingual support, private listening, and discreet mode.
Future sessions and guided intake will preserve the full story, then review contradictions, coached statements, concealment, fear, coercion, and video/context cues without interrupting, accusing, or shaming the person speaking.
Future intelligence layer
The platform should let people finish their story. Later review can compare what was said, what changed, what stayed consistent, what appears coached or concealed, and what safety-critical facts need human attention.
Capture the full account first so the system and Norm Therapist® can review the pattern after the person has spoken.
Flag possible deception, contradiction, fear, coercion, trauma response, confusion, or strategic concealment as review signals, not final conclusions.
Future video/session analysis must require consent, privacy rules, audit logs, human review, and strong limits before any validity signal affects guidance.
Suggested reviewer path
Limited access prototype
Ask Norm is being built as a voice-ready, safety-first guide that can organize user input, retrieve approved knowledge, and protect restricted company material as the platform grows.
Conversational entry
Conversation stream
Ask Norm
Your conversation will appear here as you send questions and receive answers. This area stays visible beside or below the talk box so the chat is never hidden behind voice controls.
Voice capture
Ready. Start speaking or type directly. Review the transcript before sending.
Start Session begins intentionally. Text, Voice, and Video can be used together or separately.
Ready. Nothing records or listens until Start Session is pressed.
Private session signals remain internal-only.
Speech-to-story review
Start speaking or typing. Ask Norm will clean punctuation, preserve meaning, and show the version that will be sent.
Open your browser or device site settings, allow microphone access for this Ask Norm address, then return and tap Listen.
Ask Norm support page
This page holds the supporting response structure, language/audio status, appeals, saved Q&A, readiness notes, and founder/internal diagnostics. The talking surface stays separate so users can begin speaking immediately.
This panel shows what is mock, planned, or not started so unfinished services are not confused with live functionality.
Working app preview
Ask Norm now has limited account access, protected knowledge controls, safety-first interaction, and governance rules that keep private material out of public answers.
Use Ask Norm immediately if time matters. Safety controls remain one click away throughout the conversation.
NormTherapy.com and GoARO.org remain separate websites that will later connect through controlled platform services.
Product surface
AbuseCare is reserved as the broader app experience for guidance, education, reports, saved context, human support paths, and premium features once those services are approved and connected.
Future public-safe learning from approved content.
Future consent-based account memory.
Future routing to appropriate support without emergency, legal, or clinical overclaiming.
Resource and tool center
Resources now include public-safe destination links, Ask Norm AI help, account-aware tools, and future approved support materials. Sensitive archives, source files, internal strategy, and identity-bearing records remain protected.
Ask a question, get a plain-language Abuse Care answer, and move toward protected account tools when deeper help, saved history, reports, or guided plans are needed.
Future report templates, safety plans, summaries, session packets, and support documents will be generated only through consent, entitlement, and review controls.
Future resource routing should connect people to nearby, jurisdiction-aware support options without exposing internal systems or pretending to be emergency services.
Founder-first report command center
This area is reserved for the platform report engine: every approved report, plan, summary, review packet, safety plan, practitioner note package, founder review packet, corporate report, training report, and future exportable document type should originate from governed templates, approved retrieval, consent, audit, and access rules.
Report catalogs, generated drafts, template changes, sensitive exports, and new report types begin as founder-eyes-only until Michael grants a named person or role access.
Future categories include user summaries, safety plans, AbuseCare plans, session summaries, practitioner notes, legal-adjacent packets, corporate summaries, training reviews, and internal QA reports.
No report should be generated, exported, shared, emailed, downloaded, or shown to another role without consent, entitlement, sensitivity, approval, and audit checks.
Founder inventory
A low-cost internal snapshot of what exists, what is working, and what is still missing before broader launch work.
Live dev reports
Creates a current in-app report from live preview state, saved Ask Norm history, account status, and readiness signals. Final exports, patient-ready plans, legal packets, clinical records, and PDF release remain gated.
Private care channel
This area is the permanent entry point for recorded Ask Norm, AI-guided, human Norm Therapist, training, and future approved video sessions. The app stays simple while secure session records, recording notices, transcripts, reports, and archives are handled by protected back-office systems.
Use Ask Norm now, prepare an AI-guided session, request a live Norm Therapist session, or enter an approved training session. Recorded-session notice applies before live participation.
Secure room setup is required before live video opens. Recording notice, protected archive path, and secure channel setup are ready for configuration.
Session mode is ready for secure room setup and backend activation.
Protected communication connects to account records, consent, retention, audit, and access controls.
Secure two-way or three-way video connects users, Norm Therapists, and approved AI support through a replaceable secure channel.
Sessions and meetings use governed recording, encrypted archive storage, consent/notice tracking, access audit, and retention control.
Raw audio/video should move into a separate locked media lane, not the public app asset area or ordinary knowledge base.
Commerce and entitlement model
This area reserves the future payment system for free access, paid tiers, premium features, session payments, a la carte services, website checkout, app-store payments, and processor synchronization. It is not connected to live checkout yet.
Public-safe education, safety-first entry, limited Ask Norm use, basic resources, account onboarding, and upgrade paths.
Deeper approved guidance, saved context where consented, broader resource access, limited reports, and priority pathways.
Expanded matrix access, richer reports, advanced planning, stronger AI limits, and greater account-linked continuity.
Standalone reports, document reviews, special resources, training modules, corporate packages, or other approved one-time purchases.
Human sessions remain separately billed from app tiers, with appointment, consent, cancellation, refund, and provider assignment rules.
Approved website, app-store, invoice, donation, and manual payment sources can feed the same platform entitlement ledger after review.
Simple provider setup
These providers are modeled as checkout/event sources only. They can collect money, issue receipts, and report payment status, but Ask Norm decides access through the entitlement ledger after a verified event is received.
Best first commercial checkout path for cards, subscriptions, coupons, invoices, receipts, refunds, and future webhook automation.
Useful for users who prefer PayPal wallet checkout, PayPal-branded payments, donation-style flows, and familiar consumer payment trust.
Reserved for simple wallet-style payment channels where supported. These should still reconcile into the same ledger before access changes.
Reserved for mobile subscriptions and in-app purchases where store rules require native billing for digital app features.
Founder-approved access, corporate invoices, scholarships, donated access, and manual corrections remain ledger entries, not processor shortcuts.
Reserved for future cryptocurrency acceptance if legal, tax, refund, volatility, compliance, and provider support are approved.
This ledger models access only. It does not charge cards, create subscriptions, contact processors, store payment methods, or unlock sensitive records.
These rules model what access would mean across the app. Final tier names, prices, limits, and public claims remain editable and approval-controlled.
These are secure access records only. No payment processing, private cases, reports, sessions, source files, or AI conversations are stored here.
Manual grants prove the entitlement model only. They are not payments, subscriptions, refunds, invoices, or processor events.
Global support layer
Every member should enter through the Abuse Care Community(TM) first. From there, the platform can later route people into the Global Abuse Care Community(TM) and other specialized communities based on role, consent, safety, eligibility, location, language, culture, and approval. This is not live social networking yet, and it must never expose a user's identity, location, story, safety status, or membership presence without consent and controls.
The shared orientation layer for safety expectations, privacy rules, community standards, language/location preferences, and the request path for joining more specific communities. It should not include member search, public rosters, discoverable profiles, or any way to check whether another person is present.
Future worldwide community layer that connects local, language, cultural, resource, and jurisdiction-aware Abuse Care context without exposing vulnerable member identity.
Future moderated peer support and education with aliases, location caution, safety controls, and reporting tools.
Future care-linked community areas that require verified account status, consent, and practitioner-aware boundaries.
Future ARO and Norm Therapy® volunteer coordination, onboarding, events, and role-specific resources.
Future Norm Therapist® training cohorts, supervised exercises, curriculum discussions, and restricted-method gates.
Future professional collaboration areas with stronger role verification, audit controls, and case-privacy boundaries.
Future private groups for approved corporate liaisons, workplace programs, leadership training, and contract-specific access.
Future nonprofit community programs, survivor-aware events, outreach, media, and volunteer/member engagement.
Future employee and admin-only coordination for handbooks, operations, Slack/Asana links, approvals, and restricted company knowledge.
Future communities can exist at global, country, state/province, city/municipality, language, culture, role, school, police, educator, organization, and response-system levels. A user in Nigeria, England, Dubai, New York, or a smaller municipality should be able to belong to the larger Abuse Care Community(TM) while also seeing approved local context, language, cultural patterns, local resources, and jurisdiction-aware abuse information.
Future community applications should verify role and eligibility without forcing unsafe disclosure.
Future consent, alias, moderation, reporting, blocking, and discreet notification controls.
Future users can belong to more than one community, but access must stay least-privilege and revocable.
The Abuse Care Community(TM) should not allow members to search, browse, or confirm whether a loved one, victim, survivor, patient, trainee, volunteer, or alleged abuser has an account.
Access requests
Approved accounts can request access to specific communities. Requests do not reveal member lists, profiles, or whether anyone else is present.
Role-based future area
This area is reserved for trainee and practitioner workflows. It is not public guidance. Future modules may include curriculum, simulations, supervised review, competency tracking, probationary practice records, and restricted method training.
Approved lessons and training modules.
Practice scenarios separated from public Ask Norm guidance.
Future review, progress, and competency records.
Identity and sync placeholder
Permanent email-driven accounts are the future path for app access, saved history, communities, reports, training, and synchronized website/app use. The production profile should collect only what is needed, protect sensitive health-adjacent information, and keep consent, privacy, access tier, region, language, and safety preferences explicit.
These profile preferences control how Ask Norm should speak, listen, read back, and shape answers for this account in the full platform.
Ask Norm voice and chat preferences load after sign-in.
Saved context
Questions and answers saved in this preview stay in this browser profile. The production version should preserve protected account history in the backend with consent, retention, access controls, and audit history.
Premium preview welcome
You were selected to help us review and strengthen Ask Norm before the public app-store version is released.
This preview is an internal development view. It is not what the final iPhone, Android, Google Play, Apple App Store, or public consumer version will look like. The final public app will be cleaner and simpler. This preview shows more of the working structure so trusted participants can see how the platform listens, organizes information, protects account history, and improves the Abuse Care experience while it is being built.
Ask Norm is an AI-assisted Abuse Care platform. It is designed to help people communicate, document, understand patterns, consider safety, prepare for human help, and build step-by-step paths forward. You may see features while they are still being prepared, including Ask Norm and Ask Norma preferences, voice tools, video-session planning, account history, feedback tools, reports, and future secure session options.
We are also building a global abuse matrix. Abuse, safety options, laws, resources, culture, and practical next steps can differ by location. The long-term goal is a governed worldwide knowledge system that can support better explanations, programs, resources, definitions, taxonomy, and safer guidance for people in many parts of the world.
Your role is to use the app naturally. Ask real questions when you are comfortable, test the chat and voice areas, review your Account page, look at the People Directory view available to you, and send feedback when something is helpful, confusing, too mechanical, slow, unclear, broken, or missing. You can send as much feedback as you need from the feedback portal below.
You can review and use the preview features assigned to your account, but you cannot modify the platform, change account authority, edit internal records, or access back-office tools. That protects the platform and every participant.
Use the main talking area to ask questions, dictate stories, test responses, and compare how the app handles real situations.
Review your profile, saved Ask Norm history, personal account file, guide preferences, and feedback portal.
Preview participants see only their own permitted profile. Other previewers and members remain hidden.
Review the developing video/session direction. Session tools are still being prepared before full live use.
See how resources and AI-assisted Abuse Care support will connect over time.
Review the future report and planning direction. Final exports and official packets remain gated.
Premium preview orientation
This preview is an internal development view of Ask Norm. It is not the final iOS, Android, or public app-store experience. It shows more of the working structure than a finished consumer app will show because we want trusted preview participants to understand how the platform listens, organizes, protects, and improves the Abuse Care experience before broader release.
Ask Norm is being built as an AI-assisted Abuse Care platform. The finished product will have a cleaner public interface, while the secure backend continues to handle account history, protected records, video sessions, feedback, reports, learning review, and future global abuse-matrix guidance.
During this preview, you may see features appear as they are being prepared, including voice, video-session controls, Ask Norm and Ask Norma preferences, feedback tools, and protected account history. Some areas are intentionally visible so you can help us judge whether the experience feels clear, humane, safe, practical, and useful.
We are also building a global abuse matrix so the platform can better understand that abuse, laws, culture, resources, and safety options differ by location. Abuse in California may not be defined, handled, or resourced the same way as abuse in Mexico City, Nigeria, Europe, Asia, or other regions. The long-term goal is a governed worldwide knowledge system that supports better explanations, safer guidance, programs, resources, taxonomy, and practical next steps.
Your role is to use the platform naturally, ask real questions when comfortable, test the communication tools, and tell us what is helpful, confusing, missing, too mechanical, unclear, or difficult to use. Your feedback helps us build a serious platform worthy of survivors, advocates, volunteers, professionals, and families who may need it.

Feedback portal
Use this area to tell us what worked, what did not work, what confused you, what felt helpful, and what you believe should be added or improved. Feedback does not give you authority to change the platform.
No feedback submitted from this account in this browser yet.
Even when accounts become required for normal app use, the platform should preserve a minimal anonymous safety doorway for people who cannot safely create an account before asking for help.
Reserved exclusively for Michael's founder account: who signed up, their requested purpose, member type, source, status, entitlements, and why they opened the account. Preview viewers, ordinary users, and admin-style reviewers do not see this registry.
Registry structure
The registry is built as the membership spine. Preview viewers are one category and access tier inside the real registry, not a separate database structure.
Identity assurance
Ask Norm should use device-native passkeys for face and fingerprint-style access. Raw face scans, fingerprints, and voiceprints should not be stored by the platform.
Membership control desk
Use the category counts, search, sort, status lights, and staged controls to review membership. Live changes require protected backend confirmation and audit logging before they can manipulate real accounts.
Founder-only account governance
Legacy local preview records can be reviewed here before future community, posting, profile media, or specialized access is allowed. This identity-bearing panel belongs only inside Member Registry.
Founder-only secure accounts
Only Michael's founder account can review approved dev account status here. Invited special members, admin-candidate reviewers, and ordinary users do not receive preview access to this panel.
Founder-only data governance
Shows secure profile governance records created for approved users. This preview does not store sensitive cases, reports, sessions, payments, source files, or AI conversations.
Founder-only entitlement ledger
Shows secure access records only. These are not charges, subscriptions, refunds, invoices, or payment processor events.
Founder-only community governance
Specialized community requests can be reviewed here. This identity-bearing workflow is for Michael's founder account only.
Protected people view
This page shows only the people your account is allowed to see. Previewers and limited reviewers see only their own profile unless they receive high admin clearance.
Founder-only experiment
This limited lab uses mock data only. It demonstrates calm AJAX-style resolving for Ask Norm answers and account/profile views without changing live Ask Norm, real accounts, Member Registry records, AWS data, or secure preview access.
Duplicate Ask Norm surface
Mock question: “My partner keeps tracking my phone and I need a calm plan.â€Â
Click Resolve Ask Norm Demo to watch the answer appear in a softer staged flow.
Duplicate profile surface
Mock profile: Premium AbuseCare member under review.
Click Resolve Profile Demo to watch a category-aware account profile assemble in layers.
Founder-only public entry controls
Review the signed-out front page and edit the working draft copy shown to free visitors. These edits are founder-local draft controls until a backend publishing workflow is connected.
Live-style preview
Limited account access
This preview now uses one secure sign-in path for founder, previewer, member, volunteer, professional, corporate, and future approved accounts.
Platform truth board
This view is restricted to founder/admin accounts and shows internal implementation status that should not appear to ordinary users.
Sign in with Michael's founder account to review AI live readiness.
Founder-only visibility
Searches the local Source Index for Michael's founder review only. Incoming files arrive by Hub, but approved intake records are accumulated into this one growing source index. Results are review-needed source matches only and are not approved public guidance, doctrine, reports, preview-viewer content, or ordinary user retrieval.
These are internal service boundaries for authorized founder/admin review only. Invited special members do not receive preview access to internal service contracts.
